The Wangan Line

Many tuners throughout the whole world dream about going to Japan because it is the capital of car tuning in the world. About everyone who modifies their cars would like to go and race un Japan in the most awsome stage that is the Wangan Highway. It is located in Tokyo, Japan and it is adyacent to the Shuto Highway. It is one of the most transited and most famous roads in all Japan. Every person who drives a Japanese car and knows about Japan, it is his or her dream to go there.

The Wangan, the most extreme stage of all

Here in the Wangan, people is not normal. This is where everyone throws normal logic out the window and start thinking outside the box. We have men and women from all types of income that they spend it on the car just to get the thrill of driving at more than 180MPH. Some of them have the goal of getting over 200MPH, which for any person in the world in a public road is madness. But that is what these people feel and live for. They work very hard to earn the money to bust it all out on the engine, the looks of the car, the sound systems, and more crazy things that we get to see in cars nowadays. There are different types of tuners. We have the moderate tuners, which just like to have fun with mild modifications to the car, we have the show-offs, who put their effort in standing out with the something in specific of the car. And there are two more types which are the ones we all respect. First we have the ones that prepare for Auto shows only, and these have sponsors and the cars look like taken out of a magazine and they have a lot of money into them too. And the other type of tuners are the All-out tuners, these are the crazy mechanichs that go over 1,000 HP (horsepower) in their cars and blast through the Wangan at more than 210MPH(340KMH approximately). I like most the all-out, because I can see their goal and their effort all going into the car because they do everything by themselves and it is a really nice thing that after you work hard to get things like you wanted seeing the results being more than you expected, I think that is the most satisfying thing in the whole world. Because of all these types of tuners, people from everywhere go to Tokyo to see them, out of respect or because they want to prove themselves against them.
